Centrifugal Fan Explosion-Proof Ratings: Ex d IIC T6, CT4 and Dust-Proof Certification

Explosion-proof centrifugal fans require a flameproof motor, spark-free impeller, anti-static drive and equipotential grounding. Typical gas protection is CT4 (Ex d IIC T4), up to Ex d IIC T6 (max surface temperature 85C); dust atmospheres use Ex tb IIIC T80C Db. A dual gas and dust certification configuration is available.
